this is my morning

woke up pretty hot, but it wasn't AS hot today as the last few days
no irc this week if i can help it
going to start on backlog of email in a bit
first i should eat something so i don't discover 7 hours later that i'm still sitting here working and feeling sick 'cause i haven't eaten
