hoveringsombrerowell i only slept about 5 hours they tell me, and spanky managed to record wrestlemania for me!
his wrestling journal and account of what happened is here someone should hire him to write wrestling commentary articles, really
the match i was most looking forward to didn't really keep my attention, the stone cold/rock thing, blah, odd plot twist at the end with vince McMahon coming in and helping steve austin, i'm beginning to think that i don't like the rock's actual wrestling as much as i thought i did, i enjoy watching other matches more, but i like his between the scenes storyline things the best
the TLC match kicked ALL ass, the gimmick battle royal was really short but really cool
the mcmahons match was interesting, and even tho i was expecting vince's wife to stand up i still was startled when she did
oh yeah, (this is way out of order, read spanky's wrestling journal if you want a real account) i HATE HATE HATE Benoit and Kurt Angle, i think they're both whiny pussies and angle's neck is so damn thick he can't turn his neck (i know i was yelling for him to try to ... he CAN'T) but i have to *shudder* agree with spanky here, the both of them are good actual/technical wrestlers and i was very entertained, till all of the reversals, then i just yelled at benoit for his stupid tights and angle because he can't turn his damn head =D
so yeah i watched it, i'm very tired, i have to finish laundry before i can go back to bed, it's getting light outside, this is a runon sentence
i have, startlingly enough, been making huge amounts of progress with getting all my site stuff reorganized, i gave up on my stubborn must do everything in notepad elitism and found me a program that makes thumbnails and generates html for a dir of pictures and i reassembled the entirety of my old gallerys (you know, the ones i never put back up after the freespeach bullshit? ages ago) in a couple hours, where it would have taken me a couple hours per gallery in notepad, GOD DAMN the html is ugly shit but the output is nice and it works (not all uploaded yet tho)
the members site is cleaned up and technically in working order
who knows what'll happen if i keep up this momentum, the world may never know 'cause i probably won't, but i'm trying things from a different angle, trying to think more about things before i leap into them, going at a new site setup from an ease of updating standpoint not a pretty or fuck you i did it all in notepad standpoint
i gave it some thought and decided that the most important thing to me about eriscam.com is the content, and that was not my focus at all anymore, kind of also a metaphor for my life, obviously i keep running against a wall going at things the old way, so instead of just continuously moving on to something new, i'm going to go at the old things in a new way,
change my way of thinking
change my way of looking at things
change my brain (this one's used)
