obsessed with ...

showers lately.

Near total,
darkness.

Small windowsless room full of,
steam.

A place for everthing,
and everything in its place.
In the
shower.

Soap will never betray me,
till it slips.

DAMN YOU SOAP!

overheard in erisland

eris: I'm sniffy.
Peanut picks up insulin bottle and offers to eris
eris: "I'm not going to snort your insulin!
Peanut giggles and attempts to stand up to get TISSUE and gets snagged on chair.
Peanut: (annoyed) "Hey I'm hung!"
Eris blinks at him and giggles.

Again, KA

Things fall into place right when needed.

Called Sprint to try to fix phone,
cause by the time we got cable fixed yesterday,
Sprint CS was closed.

So, turns out phone got turned off from non-payment,
and if it had been transferred into my name while still on,
I would have been responsible for due,
BUT wouldn't have had to pay a deposit.

So, hi you can have phone on tomorrow,
if you go pay deposit today.
We have nothing for deposit.
A bit of annoyed mope ensued,
then I had peanut go check the mail.

Small cheque from Job #1!
Ka provides, *exactly* when needed.
So, off to cash cheque,
and place deposit on phone.

We're going to get a broadband service phone
as it's cheaper, HOWEVER.
That's got a two week shipping time on it.
And I can't lose any more work.

So first back to sprint for a little bit.
I'll be able to use cell phone for work tonight,
and then land line will be on tomorrow.

*bigrelievedsigh*

The weird thing is though,
is that the envelope my cheque was in,
WAS OPENED.
But my check was stuck in with the rest of the mail.
Just must not have been sealed well.

Hurry up and wait.

Conflicting answers on if phone will be on tomorrow,
or Monday.

They want me to start work tomorrow night,
but if phone's not on yet I'll have to wait till monday night.
Add two more days of missed work if so.

But that's allright,
ducks all in a row,
that's what matters.
