missives from a hotel room

there was more wrong with the car than we'd thought
over a thousand dollars wrong in fact, i just got it back this morning

in a hotel, looked at the inside of one house today(likelike) and saw the outside of another, interesting little area

i'm about to go to bed, i apologize to those of you online who are missing me, and for emails i haven't responded to yet, "real life" is staging a hostile takeover
