They want to move me straight up to "quality" after I graduate from training at Helio. You know where you record people's calls and grade them, I think you told me you did that?
I would want nothing more than to not deal with customers. I'd rather sit there and listen in on the conversation on mute. Muahahaha.
God, call monitoring is the best.job.ever. Yeah when I was on the dtv campaign they were overworked in quality but refusing to hire more so the bulk of the monitoring went to the team managers and team leads.
I would totally still do that part of the job only, I loved call monitoring.
