I have a dream ...
that one day employees will not be judged by the colour of their hair,
but on their job performance, skillset, and work ethic, etc.

I work in a call center,
I'm currently team lead and bound for trainer then team manager
If I keep my stats perfect.

And if I get to team manager I'd be one of 3 that I know of with fun hair.
One Team Manager guy is black and green hair'd,
and another, female, has pink hair down to her waist.

At least in my workplace my dream isn't very far-fetched.
