stuff and issues

since returning from vacation i have been unable to sleep
i have no trouble falling asleep but then after about 3 or 4 hours i wake up
then i wake up every half hour to an hour for the rest of my "night"

last night i only woke 3 times
i think that's better.

my father had a heart attack saturday night, november first,
one artery had 75% blockage
they did a bypass
dr told him his heart is now good for another 50 years

i told curtis to get a warentee on that ;)

he's to be released today or tomorrow, spend a few days at a friend's house getting strength back
he's in redding area
then fly back to his home in oregon

so he's fully totally retired now.
